SMART ABA is seeking dynamic ABA Registered Behavior Technician looking for a comprehensive and rewarding experience. In this role, you will implement principles and procedures of Applied Behavioral Analysis to successfully meet goals/objectives on treatment plans and carry out Behavior Intervention Plans for children with developmental delays, in a variety of settings.


Qualified candidates will possess a Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT). Successful candidates will have excellent attention to detail regarding report submission, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, have the ability to collaborate with professionals in various disciplines and at different levels in order to best advocate for needs of children.

  • Experience working with children, especially those with autism using ABA methodologies is preferred
  • Candidates must be energetic, animated, and outgoing, with a passion for helping children achieve their true potential.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Must have an NPI/Medicaid provider number
  • English speaker/Bilingual preferred

Implementing individualized applied behavior treatment program under the direction of a BCBA/BCaBA, including direct 1:1 ABA therapy
  • Uses the basic principles of applied behavior analysis ABA such as: reinforcement, prompting, and shaping techniques.
  • Teaching ABA, social, and daily living skills.
  • Effectively responding to and minimizing difficult or disruptive behaviors.
  • Creating a fun, motivating experience to generate the highest level of performance for every individual.
  • Collecting data on ABA programming targets and utilizing an online system to enter, track, and view progress.
  • Providing support to parents, teachers, and caregivers to make the most of their efforts in making our programs universal across all areas of the child's environment.
